The grievance of the petitioner is that the benefit of the Government Resolution dated 09.10.2020 was granted for the academic year 2020-2021, in the form of reimbursement of the difference of tuition fees and hostel fees. However, the benefit is not continued for the succeeding academic year. The petitioners are the parents of the admitted student, namely, Ajinkya. They desire that the representations dated 06.12.2021, 10.01.2022 and 08.02.2022 praying for such benefit, may be dealt with by the Competent Authority.
4.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.
We direct that the Competent Authority amongst the respondents would deal with the said representations and arrive at a decision, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, on or before 15.01.2023. If any adverse conclusion is drawn, a reasoned order be passed and the same be communicated to the petitioners on the address mentioned, within three weeks from the date of the passing of the order.
