Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 2846 days which appears to be caused due to their poor financial condition. The learned AGP as well as learned counsel for the Acquiring Body strongly opposed the applications on the ground that there is also circulation delay. 2.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay of 2846 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for such delay period and also

for the delay in circulating the matter belatedly. 3.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any and the copy of this order be placed with the appeals.

The applications are accordingly disposed of. 5.

The learned counsel for the Acquiring Body and the learned AGP waive service for concerned respondents. The applicants are directed to supply copy of appeal memo along with other necessary documents to the respondents.
