By this civil application, the Applicant/Petitioner is seeking restoration of Writ Petition which has been dismissed in default for non-removal of office objections.

Considering the fact that there is a delay of 233 days in filing this civil application, we allow this Civil Application in terms of Prayer Clause 'B' and 'C subject to deposit of cost of Rs.1500/- with Chairman, Library Committee, Advocates Association, High Court, Aurangabad with a rider that petitioner shall remove office objections within a period of two weeks, failing which this order shall stands recalled.
