Present Second Appeal came to be admitted on December 6, 2007, the date, on which interim relief was ordered by this Court.

The present application is for vacation of the same since the interim relief is in operation for long time. 3.

As no purpose will be served by vacating the same after about ten years, Civil Application stands rejected, with liberty to move afresh, if any fresh occasion arises and to mention the matter for final hearing in the month of March 2018.
