DATE: 20th March, 2018 PER COURT:- 1) The facts giving rise to the present writ petition are identical in all respect with the facts made out in Writ Petition No.2019 of 2018. 2) The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent places reliance on the Judgment in the matter of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., & Ors. Vs. Swapnil Singh in Civil Appeal Nos.69286929 of 2015 decided by the Apex Court on 8.9.2015.
{2} 907 - WP 2882 of 2018 3) In view of the decision of the Apex Court in the aforesaid matter as well as considering the decision rendered by this Court in Writ Petition No.2019 of 2018, no interference is called for in the instant matter.
