This petition is filed seeking quashment of Criminal Application No.14 of 2020 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Parner, District Ahmednagar. It is pointed out that the said case is now transferred to the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune, by way of order dated 08.04.2025 in Criminal Application No.4765 of 2024. In view of the same, this Court finds that it would be appropriate for the petitioner to approach the Principal Seat at Mumbai, for the reliefs prayed in this petition.

In the meantime, the petitioner has deposited Rs.10,000/- in the ofÏce of this Court. Pursuant to the earlier order, the ofÏce is directed to disburse the said amount to the respondent/wife. With this, the writ petition stands disposed of.
