PER COURT :- 1.

The prayer of the petitioner is for issuance of directions to the respondent no.2-Acquiring body to acquire petitioner' s remaining land/plot and award compensation of the land to the extent of 545 square meters as per the market rates of the land/plot no.57 out of s.no.97, at Latur.

The fact remains that the property appears to be in possession of the respondent for more than 12 years. The petitioner has approached this Court at much belated stage, as award in relation to the part of the aforesaid land came to be passed in the year 2009, against which he has admittedly lost possession of the entire land.

That being so, no case for causing interference under writ jurisdiction at this stage is made out. Petition fails. Petition stands dismissed.
