159.15ra (2) Petition is filed by the applicant-State of Maharashtra seeking review of the order of the Division Bench of this Court dated 19th November, 2007 passed in Writ Petition No. 4444 of 2007. Learned A.G.P. then fairly submitted that during the passage of time, the order passed by this Court is already implemented.

In view of this fact, no orders are required to be passed in the review petition. The review petition is accordingly disposed of.
