The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2013. The same is pending. As yet vigilance is not conducted. The Committee be directed to decide the proceedings expeditiously. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents.

In case, the proposal seeking validation of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee, then the Committee shall endeavour to decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
