The Applicants pray for leave to place on record the memo of the file which was filed before the Tahasildar, Aurangabad on 04.12.1974. Copy of the said file is from pages 5 to 10 in the Civil Application. Shri Gaikwad, learned Advocate, does not oppose the prayer since the said file is said to have been placed before the Tahasildar at the relevant time.

In the light of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in

*2* 915.ca.3991.14 terms of prayer clause (b), which reads as under:- "B) The memo of File No. bearing No. RB.WSIII 17/74 filed before learned Tahsildar, Aurangabad on 04.12.1974 u/sec. 32(1) of H.T.A.L. Act, 1950 and order dated 31.03.1975 may kindly be taken on record."

The file set out in prayer clause (b) and the order dated 31.03.1975 shall be placed on record in the Writ Petition on or before 25.01.2016.
