The present applicants, who are apprehending arrest at the hands of Shivoor Police Station, Tq. Vaijapur, Dist. in crime no. I-135 of 2015 for the offences punishable under section 302, 307, 498-A r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, are praying for their
2 Cr. Appln. 1556-2016 release on bail, in the event of their arrest. 3.
It has been already noted by this Court while granting interim protection to the applicants that names of the present applicants do not figure in the dying declaration of the deceased, however, in the supplementary statement of the complainant i.e. brother of the deceased, which is recorded after three months of the filing of the complaint, present applicants are alleged to have joined in the ill-treatment to the deceased. In the circumstances, the same facts are borne out by the record.

Upon hearing both sides, the interim protection granted to the applicants by this Court vide order dated 14/03/2016 is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
