Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.P.P for the respondent-State.

It was a quarrel between known persons. It has been alleged against the applicants that they assaulted the injured with iron rod and stick. The informant sustained simple injuries. The weapons have been recovered in the crime. Nothing remained to be recovered from them. The charge sheet has been filed. Their further detention would serve no purpose. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant No.1 Digamber Ravindra Sonawane and applicant

922- BA-437-23.odt No.2 Sagar Ravindra Sonawane be released on bail on furnishing P. B. and S.B. of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in Crime No 518/2022 registered with Chopda City Police Station, Chopda, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 324, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code on the condition that they shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
