On 13.03.2025, this Court had issued notice for final disposal as the dispute regarding apportionment was not being referred to the concerned civil Court under Section 3H(4) of the National Highways Act, 1956.

Although, some of the private Respondents are yet to be served, learned counsel for the Petitioner has tendered before this Court a copy of the communication dated 02.06.2025, issued

(( 2 )) 18-WP-3512-2025 by Respondent No.2 Sub Divisional Officer. It records that dispute regarding apportionment is being referred to the concerned civil Court under Section 3H(4) of the National Highways Act, 1956. 3.

This shows that the purpose of filing the present Petition has been served. The said document is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary and the Writ Petition is disposed of as such. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
