Learned advocate for the petitioner fairly states that during pendency of the Public Interest Litigation certain steps are taken by the authorities and as on date, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. It is stated that he has instructions not to press the Public Interest Litigation further and to seek liberty to re-agitate any issue in the matter, if occasion arises. 2.

Submissions made on behalf of the petitioner are accepted. Public Interest Litigation is disposed accepting the statement made on behalf of the petitioner, granting liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. Amount of Rs. 20,000/- [Rupees Twenty
