By the present Civil Application, the legal heirs of respondent No.7 are sought to be brought on record, by condoning the delay. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and perused the application. In the application, it is stated that the knowledge of the fact that respondent No.7 is dead, is brought to the notice of the applicants at belated stage, which has resulted in delay in taking out the application seeking legal representatives of respondent No.7 being brought on record. Respondent No.7 died on 25.07.2015 and the application is filed on 03.03.2021.

Considering the explanation offered that the applicants were not aware of the death of respondent No.7, the delay is condoned. The

*2* 906ca3538o21 Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). Necessary amendment in the writ petition be carried out within two weeks from today.
