Present application is filed to recall/set aside order dated 11.09.2023 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 3.

Perused the reasons as stated in the application. There is delay of almost 18 months in filing this application. However, looking to the nature of controversy involved in writ petition and reasons as stated in application, application is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to Advocate's Association Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad. Cost to be deposited within a period of four weeks from today.

Further, the applicants shall remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today. In case of failure to comply the conditions, the order of Registrar (Judicial) shall govern the proceeding.
