The parties have arrived at compromise. The terms of compromise are placed on record and marked as "X" for identification. They are duly signed by the claimants and insurer and their respective learned Advocates.

3.

The report of the learned Registrar (Judicial) indicates that the terms of the compromise and parties are duly verified before him. The terms of compromise are reasonable, hence accepted. The award be drawn in terms of compromise.

4.

The learned counsel for the appellant/insurer, on instructions, undertakes to deposit the amount of compensation of Rs. 2,50,000/-

FA 1085-2023 -2- (Rs. Two lakhs Fifty thousand only) within a period of six weeks before the concerned Tribunal.

5.

The claimants are permitted to withdraw the said amount in proportion, as directed by the Tribunal.

6.

Award be drawn up accordingly.

7.

The request of refund of Court Fees shall be processed by the office in accordance with law.

8.

The First Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise Exhibit 'X'.
