This is an application for regular bail.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that during the pendency of the present application, Charge Sheet is filed by the Investigating Officer before the trial Court and the bail application was not filed before the trial court after filing of the charge sheet.

In that view of the matter, the applicant is allowed to withdraw the present application with liberty to file application for regular bail before the learned trial Court.

2 Cr.Apln. 1371.2015 Learned trial Court is directed to decide the said application on its own merits.

With these observations, present Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
