The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for the respondent No. 1.

Mr. Madde, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, employer has not taken action against the respondent No. 2 as per the order passed by the State Information Commission. 3.

We have asked the learned advocate for the petitioner as to whether information has been supplied to the petitioner or not as per the order of the Appellate Authority. The learned advocate accepts that information as has been directed by the Appellate

The action to be taken as per orders of the State Information Commission is prerogative of the employer and the office who has directed to take action. It is for them to take action as per directions of the Appellate Authority or such other orders that may be passed. The petitioner would not be concerned with the same. 4.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
