As directed by this Court vide order dated 16.03.2022, the applicant has deposited 50% of the amount of compensation, directed to be paid under the impugned judgment and order. The applicant has been behind the bars for little over two weeks. It will take time for the revision application to come up for hearing. 3.

In the fitness of things, there shall be suspension of execution of substantive sentence of imprisonment, pending the
