Applicant/wife is seeking transfer of H.M.P. no. 399/2021 filed before Civil Judge Senior Division Baramati, Dist. Pune to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Dharashiv, Dist. Dharashiv.

Applicant claims that she is unemployed and has responsibility of a minor child. It is her further contention that owing to the distance of about 175 km between Baramati and

The contentions of the Applicant are not denied by the Respondent. This shows that he is not inclined to oppose the application. Having regard to the aforestated fact, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

Since none appears on behalf of the Respondent, Civil Judge Senior Division, Dharashiv to issue notice to the Respondent for his appearance in the said proceeding.
