Learned counsel for the applicants states that during pendency of this application charge-sheet came to be fled and in the changed circumstances, Trial Court granted bail to the applicants. He submits that present application has become infructuous. Statement is accepted. Though practice which is followed of obtaining bail without seeking liberty from this Court is not appreciated. Since the application has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the applicants explained that inadvertently he was under the impression that matter was withdrawn and then subsequent order from the Trial Court was obtained.

In view of the above, the application is disposed off as having rendered infructuous.
