By order dated 27/06/2016, this Court had permitted the petitioner to file an application before the competent authority of the respondent/company praying for reviewing the entire facts of his case. Such an application dated 28/06/2016 was filed by the petitioner.

Learned Advocate for the respondent/company places on record the decision arrived at by the respondent dated 30/07/2016, which is marked as Exhibit "X" for identification. Learned Advocate points out from Exhibit "X" that the representation of the petitioner has been accepted and it is concluded that she is innocent. The order khs/AUGUST 2016/5780-d

of punishment, therefore, stands recalled and the petitioner stands exonerated.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner, therefore, submits that this petition can be disposed of in terms of Exhibit "X". Learned Advocate for the respondent agrees.
