Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has preferred this petition challenging the order dated 05.01.2018 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Newasa. By the impugned order, the learned Judge of the trial Court has rejected the application moved by the petitioners-plaintiffs seeking remeasurement of land through T.I.L.R. on the technical ground that the earlier measurement is carried out. It is submitted that T.I.L.R. should have issued notice prior to 15 days before the measurement of the land, but it is was not given to the adjoining land holders. The order passed by the trial Court is reasoned and there is absolutely no perversity in the order passed so as to call for interference in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under article 227 of the Constitution of India.
