Learned AGP is pointing out that the Petition was filed for direction to decide the proposal of the petitioner for the academic year 2019-2020. By affidavit in reply dated 8th June 2019 it was informed that the said proposal has been decided by communication dated 7th February 2019.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the Petition submitting that if advised, the

wp-3558.19 petitioner would challenge the impugned decision by communication dated 7th February 2019 by the respondent. 3.

In view of the said statement and the development, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
