On enquiry with the learned A.P.P., he submits that, no injury certificate is forthcoming. In view of the same, the application is allowed. The order dated 10/3/2023, granting adinterim anticipatory bail to the applicant is made absolute. 2.

The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution
