We have heard Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Dikshit learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and Mr. Hon, learned counsel for respondent No.2.

Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the ground of couple convenience, the petitioner had sought transfer as a primary School Teacher from Zilla Parishad, Harangool (Bk) Tq. & Dist. Latur to the school run by the Municipal Corporation, Pune. The Education Officer of Pune Municipal Corporation had recommended the proposal. Even the Zilla Parishad where the petitioner is working had given no objection for the transfer. 1/2

Mr. Dikshit, the learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation, Pune submits that the representation of the petitioner is rightly rejected. The said scheme exists for transfer from one Zilla Parishad to another.

There is no impediment for the petitioner to avail benefit of the said scheme. If such application is made, the same naturally would be considered by the Zilla Parishad on its own merits.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
