This Court had issued bailable warrant to the present applicant No. 1 under order dated 03.03.2017 as the applicant No. 1 failed to remain present inspite of the service of notice. The applicant No. 1 vide the present application prays to recall the said order issuing bailable warrant. The applicants have tendered unconditional apology for not causing appearance on the given date. The reason stated is about lack of knowledge and the procedure for availing services of the Government Pleader.
