Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the policy governing the transfers, the petitioner is entitled to be transferred within the periphery of 30 Km. of his wife' s working place.

The wife of the petitioner is also an employee of the Zilla Parishad. 2.

The learned Addl. G. P. submits that the petitioner can approach the committee as per the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021. 3.

In the light of that, the petitioner may make representation with the committee. The committee shall take decision upon the said representation in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of
