The present civil application has been filed by the petitioners on speculation. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 11/01/2021, the petition was to be dismissed against the respondents, who are yet to be served. The applicants believe that this petition has been dismissed against the un-served respondents. Apparently, the inspection of the file has not been taken by the learned Advocate.

The registry is yet to pass an order on dismissing the writ petition against the un-served respondents.

Shri. Thigale, learned Advocate has already caused an appearance on behalf of un-served respondent No.4. 4.

In view of the above, this civil application is misconceived and, therefore, disposed off.
