Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The similarly situated co-accused has been released on bail. Hence, the applicant deserves parity. Apart from the parity, nothing remained to be recovered from the applicant. Therefore, he deserves bail. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant DARYA @ KHEKYA BALANDYA BHOSALE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount,

40-BA.433-23.odt in Crime No.295 of 2022, registered by Police Station Khultabad, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the IPC, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He shall attend the Police Station on every 2nd and 4th Monday between 8.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial.
