After hearing learned counsel for parties, it appears that it would be expedient to measure entire Gut No. 873 admeasuring 2 Hectare 72 Aar situated at village Karegaon, Taluqa Patoda, District Beed along with its sub divisions, as per Government record. The impugned order dated 07-03-2015 on Exhibit-54 in Regular Civil Suit No. 181 of 2013, passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Patoda shall be deemed to have been modified accordingly.
