Mr. Randhir Dinkarrao Deshmukh submits to one of the Officers of Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad, an amount of Rs. 3,18,600/- against the difference of pensionary benefits is received vide a cheque dated 01.08.2018 and Mr. Deshmukh is having no grievance now in respect of the compliance of the order of this Court. As such, he prays for withdrawal of the Petition. The written communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
