As the balance amount to the extent of 25% awarded by the Reference Court is already kept in the fixed deposit and the appeals preferred by the acquiring body are already disposed of with minor modification, keeping interest of the acquiring body and the State Government intact, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw the bank guarantee and they are relief off from such bank guarantee. Bank guarantee be returned to the applicants.
