The learned counsel submits that the application has been given for regularization of the petitioners' plots. The Sub Divisional Officer has directed the Tahsildar, Bhoom under the letter dated 24th June, 2016 to take decision. The same is not yet taken. The learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents. In case, the Tahsildar, Bhoom is competent to take decision upon the aspect of regularization of plots, then he shall take decision upon the application of the petitioners for regularization and as directed by the Sub Divisional Officer under the letter dated 24th June, 2016 (page 129) on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within six months.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
