The petitioner seeks directions to decide his validation proceedings expeditiously.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the petitioner has not submitted the original corrected tribe certificate to the Committee. The Committee cannot decide the validation proceedings without the original tribe certificate.

The petitioner shall submit the original corrected tribe certificate to the Committee if not submitted. The Committee, on receipt of the same shall decide the proposal of the petitioner for validation of his tribe certificate on its own merits expeditiously and preferably within nine months from the date of receipt of the original tribe certificate.
