By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks writ of mandamus directing the Registrar General of this Court to place the representation made by the petitioner dated 10th January 2022 before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for passing appropriate order.

The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 on instruction states that the representation made by the petitioner on 10th January 2022 for placing the representation before the Hon' ble the Chief Justice has been already forwarded on 14th January 2022. The statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for

WP No. 3884/22 respondent Nos. 2 to 4, nothing survives in this writ petition. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. The prayer for stay to the inquiry till the representation of the petitioner is decided by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice is rejected.
