1] Learned counsel for respondent no.5 [applicant herein] submits that respondent no.5 was not aware about pendency of this Writ Petition. Even notice was not issued to respondent no.5. This Court has issued bailable warrant against respondent no.5. He has met with an accident on 17.02.2022. Respondent no.5 is ready to provide available record to the petitioner as soon as he joins the duty. Some documents which the petitioner is seeking, are with other Officers but the documents which are available with respondent no.5 shall be provided to the petitioner.
