Mr. Bagul, the learned counsel submits that, after the impugned show cause notice was issued, the petitioners have complied with deficiencies and even extrusion technology plant has been installed.

Relying upon the statement made by petitioners, the impugned show cause notice is quashed and set aside. The respondent authorities shall make a fresh inspection in respect of plant of petitioners and are at liberty to take fresh action in case they find any deficiency. The writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
