The Petitioner has preferred an application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for enhancement, on 06.01.2020. He prays for an out of turn expeditious hearing. When litigants are standing in queue for years together, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. Moreover, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that a First Appeal has been preferred.
