The petitioner has invited our attention to the order passed in Writ Petition (Stamp) No.15557 of 2017, by the Division Bench of this Court at Mumbai on 14.06.2017.

In view of the order referred above, it would be open for the petitioner to tender a reply to the notice issued by the Child Development Project Officer, within seven days from today.

On presentation of reply by the petitioner, respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall take appropriate decision in the matter in accordance with the provisions of law, within a period of 15 days from
