The issue involved in the present writ petition is similar to one in Writ Petition No.2924/2020 with connected writ petitions disposed of under judgment and order dated 11.03.2020, thereby we have set aside the Notification postponing the election of Co-operative Society. 2.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4 and the learned A.G.P.

For the reasons recorded in the judgment and order dated 11.03.2020 in Writ Petition No.2924/2020 with connected writ petitions, the
