The applicants, original claimant Nos.4 and 5 pray for addition of three persons mentioned below paragraph 3 in the memo of application. These three persons claim to be the sons and wife of Baliram, respectively. Though they are purportedly not concerned with the land acquired and have no right and interest in the compensation, their addition is prayed.

The learned Advocates appearing for the non-applicants, do not oppose.

As such, the learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the said addition will be carried out in Civil Application No.2653/2021, which has been filed for withdrawal of the shares of compensation payable to these applicants.

In view of the above, the applicants shall add the three persons mentioned in paragraph 3 of the present application, in Civil Application No.2653/2021, within two weeks from today. After addition of the parties, office to issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.
