This motion is speaking to the minutes of the order dated 19.08.2025. 2.

It is pointed out unanimously by both the counsels that typographical errors occurred in paragraph nos. 4, 8 and 11, which need rectification and for which there is no dispute. Undisputedly, Regular Civil Suit No. 321/2016 was filed by respondent no. 1 and the Trial Court was agianst him and he was successful in Lower Appellate Court. 3.

In paragraph no. 4, the words "respondent nos. 2 to 4" occurring in line No. 5, shall be replaced by "respondent no. 1." Further, in line No. 8 the words "respondent nos. 2 to 4" after the word "by" shall be replaced by "respondent no. 1." In the same para, in line No. 10, the words "respondent no. 1." shall be replaced by respondent no. 2 to 4 occurring after the word "that".
