Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has been discharged from the Sasoon Hospital, Pune and presently he is at home. He submits that in absence of the Fitness Certificate the Jail Authority would not allow the Applicant to come inside the jail.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that within a period of eight (08) days, the Applicant would surrender before the

concerned Jail with all necessary medical papers. The Jail Authority to consider the said medical papers as the explanation for his (applicant) delayed surrender.

The Criminal Application No.1071 of 2024 stands disposed of accordingly.
