The learned counsel for the petitioner invited our attention to the averments made in paragraph no.9 of the petition and would submit that the representations made by the petitioner to the Joint Director of Higher Education, Pune Division, Pune pointing out the vacancies, seeking permission for filling of the vacancies is pending since then followed by representations dated 27.06.2017, 27.06.2018, 22.04.2019, 15.06.2019, 21.08.2019, 28.06.2021 and 17.12.2022 till date.

We accordingly direct the Joint Director of Higher Education, Pune Division, Pune to consider and decide those representations within two weeks from today without fail and shall communicate the order that would be passed to the petitioner within 1/2

If the representations made by the petitioner are accepted, the reliefs as sought in the representations shall be granted within two weeks thereafter. If the order is adverse to the petitioner, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 4.

Writ petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
