By way of this application, the applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 02.03.2023 whereby notices to respondent Nos.1, 3 and 5 were reissued and service upon respondent Nos.6 and 7 was granted by paper publication. However, the learned Counsel Mr. Ubale appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 7 submits that there is no need to recall the aforesaid order since he is already appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 7. As such, the application now being infructuous, stands disposed of.
