Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants / claimants, in these applications, are seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned therein, which appears to be caused due to their financial crisis. The learned AGP as well as learned counsel for the Acquiring

Body strongly opposed the applications on the ground that there is also circulation delay.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay periods in all these applications stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay and also for the delay in circulating the matter belatedly.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
