The applicant intends to challenge the order dated 11.12.2019 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). It is stated by the applicant that he could not remove the office objections within time that was granted to him by the Registrar (Judicial), but he is now ready to remove those office objections.

Under those circumstances, delay stands condoned. Refusal to register the appeal was before issuing notices to the respondents, therefore, it is not necessary that the notices of this application should be given to the respondents.
