Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P for the respondent-State.

It has been alleged against the applicant that he slapped the Tahsildar for not correcting his revenue record. No weapon has been used. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. Hence, he deserves bail.

ORDER

(i) The Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Pankaj Sakharam Solunke be released on bail on furnishing P. B. and S.B. of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No 136/2023 registered with Ambad Police Station, Taluka Ambad, District Jalna for
